My very first advise from one of the shop keeper when we first moved to Northiam. was "Beware! People just want to take advantage from YOU!" I didn't know then and I do now after over two year working and living in village. The very last one we come aross was a cow-boy builder live local here in the village, me and my wife will never thought that he would do such a thing, at the same time I have people coming forward to me from nearby village had the same problem with the same man. There is nothing we can do to stop this man to cheat someone else. BUT be aware He is still arround in Northiam. WHAT A BAD REPUTATION in this village. |
